Legacy Wildlife Services is a division of Natural Resource Planning Services, Inc. (NRPS), a consulting forestry firm with over 40 years experience in the Southeastern United States. Specializing in wildlife consulting and hunting lease management, Legacy provides wildlife management-related services to a diverse clientele including small and large landowners, timber companies, hunting clubs, government agencies, and conservation groups. Currently, Legacy has over one million acres under hunting lease management.

Legacy Wildlife Services has the experience and expertise to provide a full range of management services including hunting lease management, wildlife/stewardship management plans, wildlife habitat enhancement, customized mapping services, deer harvest data analysis, wildlife surveys, non-game species enhancement, listed species consulting, mitigation and relocation, and food plot design, installation, and management. Working with its parent company, Natural Resource Planning Services, Inc., Legacy can provide fully integrated timber and wildlife management practices to maximize our client’s timber and wildlife resources.

Jeff Bewsher

Jeff Bewsher

Manager of Wildlife Services, Certified Wildlife Biologist

Jeff is responsible for managing the Legacy Wildlife Division, including the hunting lease management program and wildlife management consulting services. Jeff comes from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources with experience in white-tailed deer and black bear management. Jeff has a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor’s Degree in Wildlife Biology and began working for LWS in 2006. Jeff also brings considerable experience with on-the-ground wildlife management such as prescribed burning, food plots establishment and maintenance, wildlife population counts, and game species biology.

Will McCrea

Will MCCrea

Certified Wildlife Biologist/Hunt Lease Manager

Will McCrea is responsible for managing the field operations of the Legacy Wildlife Division in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Will earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from the University of Florida and began working for LWS in 2017. Will’s primary responsibilities include supporting the oversight and management of over 350,000 acres and 500+ hunt clubs on LWS-managed hunting leases in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. He also works on various wildlife consulting and GIS mapping projects.

Guy Banks

Guy F. “Gator” Banks

Timberland Security Manager

Born and raised in the St. Augustine, Florida area, Gator grew up in the forests and on the waters of pristine “old Florida” and began pursuing a career as a Wildlife Officer as soon as he was old enough to work in law enforcement. After a successful 30-year career, 25 of which as a Wildlife Officer, Gator retired from law enforcement and joined LWS as Timberland Security Manager. In that role Gator assists with the field operations of Legacy’s management program as well as provides timberland security consulting services to various clients.

David Graves

David Graves

Certified Wildlife Biologist/Hunt Lease Manager

David Graves is responsible for managing the field operations of the Legacy Wildlife Division in Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. David earned his Master of Science degree in Range and Wildlife Management from the Texas A & M University in Kingsville and began working for LWS in 2019. David’s primary responsibilities include supporting the oversight and management of over 400,000 acres and 800+ hunt clubs on LWS-managed hunting leases in Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. He also works on various wildlife consulting projects.

Todd Williams

Todd Williams

Hunt Lease Manager/Business Development Coordinator

Todd is responsible for the field operations of the Legacy Wildlife Division in Mississippi and Alabama. He has extensive experience in the hunting industry and has worked throughout the southeast. Todd’s primary responsibilities include supporting the oversight and management of over 200,000 acres and 500+ hunt clubs on LWS-managed hunting leases. He also works to develop business opportunities related to our wildlife services division.

Jordan Dyal

Jordan Dyal

Certified Wildlife Biologist/Hunt Lease Manager

Jordan Dyal is responsible for managing the field operations of the Legacy Wildlife Division in South Carolina. Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from the University of Florida and Master of Science degree in Forestry and Natural Resources from the University of Georgia. Jordan began working for LWS in 2024. Jordan’s primary responsibilities include supporting the oversight and management of over 70,000 acres and 140+ hunt clubs on LWS-managed hunting leases in South Carolina. He also works on various wildlife consulting projects.
